Archibald Memorial Home is a nonprofit organization serving Deaf senior citizens across Indiana. The organization needed a website that could share its mission while keeping ongoing costs manageable.
I moved the website from Wix to WordPress and set it up with free nonprofit hosting through InterServer. I also used a free WordPress theme to avoid additional subscription and theme expenses.
The new website gives Archibald Memorial Home an affordable place to share its history, programs, news, and ways to support the organization. Moving to WordPress also gives the organization more flexibility to update and expand the website in the future.
This project was about more than redesigning a website. It was about choosing tools that fit the organization’s budget so more of its resources can remain focused on serving Deaf senior citizens.
